Pleased with the response of the Ambler and surrounding communities to Vida & Comida, their first restaurant in the Philadelphia area, Cindy and Chef Manuel present La Provence, a world-class French restaurant complete with classical inspiration and modern highlights. Chef Manuel has a strong background in the fine-dining of various regions known for exquisite food and wine. His repertoire includes having owned restaurants in Spain and Puerto Rico and studying abroad at the Hôtel Montpelier in Switzerland, the epicenter of haute-cuisine and food knowledge. Locally, Chef Manuel was the executive chef at Ristorante San Marco in Springhouse for over 12 years and he is excited to oversee the kitchen operations and bring his invaluable experience to the kitchen of La Provence in a creative, organizing role.

Patrons who have had the pleasure of dining at Vida & Comida know that, in the front of the house, Cindy’s majestic touch permeates. At La Provence, expect the same resplendent atmosphere and service nonpareil for an unforgettable dining experience. Often seen mingling and checking to make sure each guest's experience is perfect, Cindy tirelessly leads service with enthusiasm and camaraderie with a discerning and meticulous eye.

Marc Gustine
Also part of the management team helping Cindy to lead the front of the house staff is Marc Gustine, who has over 20 years’ experience in the fine dining restaurant industry. Marc has been with Le Bec-Fin and Four Seasons and is beyond passionate about upscale food and fine-dining service .His true pleasure is in ensuring an extraordinary dining experience for each and every guest, each and every time.
